S.W.E.A.T. is recommended for athletes who will be in 5th grade or higher during the 2010-2011 school year. |

WHAT TO EXPECT We will start at the scheduled time for each session so please arrive 10 minutes early and be ready when your session begins. Each session is about 1 ½ hours with very few breaks so come ready to work. We will meet in the gym at Jefferson High School unless otherwise instructed. The weight room is the last portion of the workout daily. If you do not finish your lifts within the session time you will be allowed to stay and complete them under supervision. |
SPORTSMETRICS: We utilize the Sportsmetrics program developed by Cincinnati SportsMedicine & Orthopaedic Center. Sportsmetrics is the first ACL injury prevention program scientifically proven to decrease serious knee ligament injuries. OUR GOAL: Our goal at S.W.E.A.T. is to provide you with the tools and training necessary to take the next step in your athletic career. Whether you are trying to compete at a higher level or just want to become faster or stronger, we are dedicated to help you reach those goals. To continue your schools TRADITION of top athletes we encourage you to get your teammates involved. This will help build a strong core of athletes. OUR STAFF: Our expert staff has been working hard and spending a lot of time getting this program ready for you this summer. We want to give the best experience possible.
